Health Guarantee
The health guarantee shown is posted by this member. It is not, nor does it imply, a guarantee by QualityDogs.com, an endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this guarantee, or any verification of this guarantee by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content and satisfaction of this guarantee. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any health guarantee.
FURTHER, this Doberman is guaranteed by Trinity Doberman Pinschers as follows:

1. The Doberman is a purebred Doberman Pinscher.
2. The litter is registered with the American Kennel Club as indicated above and an individual registration form will be furnished to the buyer after the breeder has received payment in full.
3. To the best of the Breeders knowledge, at time of sale the Doberman was in excellent health. The Doberman has been wormed every 2 weeks and received age appropriate vaccinations. Breeder will provide Buyer with a copy of the puppy’s medical record detailing medical treatment received under Breeder’s care as well as recommended medical care that the Breeder feels is essential to Puppy's well being and continued good health.
4. At a minimum, Sires & Dams receive annual health exams w/Heart Auscultations, have either been tested DNA Clear for VWD or are clear by parentage & tested within the Normal range for Thyroid yearly.
5. The Breeder has researched at least 10 generations in the Dobermans pedigree in order to select Sires & Dams that have demonstrated longevity and health, with the goal of reducing & hopefully eliminating the occurrence of early death due to Heart Disease and Cancer.
6. No one can Guarantee Genetics, but the Breeder guarantees that if your Doberman should die prematurely (before the age of 6) from a genetically caused health issue, the Breeder will give you a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter of 4 or more pups. In no instance will Breeder provide a refund in lieu of a replacement puppy.
• Proof of sudden death due to a genetic illness must be provided to the Breeder for my Veterinarians review and concurrence that the death was due to a genetic cause, in order for a replacement puppy to be provided.
• There are certain chewing gums that can cause organ damage and worse, organ failure if ingested by dogs. Flea and tick treatments should only be used as needed. No replacement will be given for ingested items or misuse of any products.
• The only charge incurred by the buyer for a replacement puppy, will be to pay the cost of cropping and any shipping fees if the puppy cannot be picked up.
