Puppy Purchase Agreement
General Health Guarantee

Stamper’s Border Collies agrees to sell all Border Collie puppies with full breeding rights included unless stated otherwise on this agreement. All Border Collie puppies will be registered with the American Border Collie Association and ABCA registration papers will be mailed to each owner approx. 6 weeks after buyer has assumed ownership. All ABCA registration papers will be complete with the pups name, registration number, new owners name, breeder, and 5 generations of pedigree will be listed.
Stamper’s Border Collies gives a three day general health guarantee. Seller warrants that the described puppy is in good health at the time Buyer assumes ownership. At the expense of Buyer, Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of receipt of puppy. If, as a result of the examination, the veterinarian determines that the puppy is not in good health, then the Buyer may return the puppy to the Seller for a full refund of the puppy purchase price, not including return costs or veterinary bills. Intestinal worms, hernia, uneven bite, coccidia, and giardia are not covered under this guarantee. Written verification by the veterinarian of any disease found must be presented to the Seller prior to return of the puppy. Stamper’s Border Collies then reserves the right to have the puppy examined by their veterinarian for verification. After 3 days from purchase the buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy's health and development. Buyer agrees to complete all the necessary puppy hood vaccinations (minimum of 3), and deworming medication as directed by your veterinarian. Stampers Border Collies recommends that the Buyer does not take their young puppy to places that other people are known to frequent with other animals such as dog parks before the puppy has been given three series of vaccinations to be fully protected from many canine diseases.
Buyer agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this puppy and that the puppy will reside at the home of the Buyer. The puppy will have access to a fenced yard and/or farm, will not be chained or tethered and will be provided with proper housing, diet, exercise, activity, and veterinary care. The buyer agrees to provide necessary vaccinations and adequate health care including proper dental care, etc for the life of this puppy. Yearly check-ups and booster vaccinations are required and should be brought up-to-date on the health record provided at the time of purchase. Buyer also agrees to keep the puppy in a safe environment and not allow this puppy to run at large under any circumstances. Failure to do so will void all warranty.
If, for any reason, buyer is unable to keep this puppy, Seller shall be given the first right of refusal. At the sole expense of buyer, the puppy shall be returned to Stamper‘s Border Collies. Stampers Border Collies also request that each buyer keep in contact with the seller for the first two years of the dogs life with updates on health, training, and activities. This helps us with future placement of our litters and breeding program. We also appreciate any photos being passed along to us of our dogs as they mature. We wish you a lifetime of joy and devotion with your new companion! Thank you!
