Health Guarantee: Our guarantees are only implied between the breeder & the original buyer, not to a 3rd party. Pup is being sold as a pet and companion pup. It is understood at the time of sale, this puppy is NOT show quality, nor breedable, but is representative of the breed standard and is structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion, obedience or therapy dog. To the best of my knowledge the pup is in good health at the time of sale & has received it’s 1st set of shots. The pup has had a fecal analysis done to insure the absence of worms & puppy hood diseases. Future vet visits by the buyer should include further worming & the balance of booster shots that are needed & any other needed medical treatment to keep the pup in optimum health. The health & care of the pup become the responsibility of the buyer at the time of sale. I will not be held responsible for the death or illness or any incurred vet bills of the pup due to improper care or treatment from the date of purchase forth. Neglect in worming, inoculations or nutrition will nullify any & all guarantees. If a life altering/threatening birth defect is found other than cosmetic (i.e. missing tooth, umbilical hernia, tail kink, etc) which deems it unsuitable as a pet up to pup's 1st birthday, pup will be replaced with one of equal value of same sex from next available litter. If a defect is found, send the vet's certificate stating the defect and I will have my vet confirm the defect. A replacement pup will then be provided. No money will be refunded.
Hip Guarantee: Pup is guaranteed to be free of hereditary, crippling (moderate to severe) dysplasia until 12 months. Official OFA evaluation is required for replacement of pup if hip dysplasia is detected. OFA hip rating must be moderate to severe (crippling) for a replacement. At that time, I will replace your pup with one of equal value with my next available litter. No money will be refunded. Guarantee does not cover dysplasia due to injury or improper nutrition or environmental conditions.
