Buyer of dog / cat understands that the quality show / pet & size cannot be guaranteed. Dog/ cat has a 48 Hr health guarantee. Within that 48 Hrs I must receive proof that it has been seen by your vet to honor a one year guarantee. To my knowledge the animal is in good health and there are no congenital defects. The buyer has 48Hrs to return the animal ( with a signed statement from your vet) if your vet determines it to have a Congenital defect . We are not responsible for improper care or feeding which can result in hypoglycemia (low Blood sugar) or dehydration as that can be avoided by making sure your pet is eating and drinking well. It is your responsibility to make sure you know and are prepared to raise a small breed puppy or kitten. We only guarantee your pet to be free of genetic defects such as Hydrocyphalic, luxating patellas, Kidney disease. We may replace the animal for one of equal value when available should there be a life threatening congenital defect. No refunds will be given under no circumstances. However you are responsible for any veterinary bills or expense you might incur during or after the 48 Hr period. If you are unable to keep your pom/Persian you are to notify us and we have the first right of refusal. Which means you are to return the pet to us and we decide if you have someone interested in the pets adoption. We will gladly accept back and or re-home any dog/cat that we have bred or sold, but no refund or reimbursement shall be given. At no time shall any of these be turned over to any animal shelter or humane society, broker, or any other person, it must be returned back to us.
Seller will provide to the buyer at the time of sale, a health record of vaccines and de worming, individual application or certificate for CFA/ACFA or AKC. If applicable. Unless otherwise stated (Sold as Pet only) _________________.
The buyer agrees that this Pomeranian or Persian is being sold as a pet for their family and not intended for re sale or for breeding purposes. At no time will this pom/Persian be rehomed, given away or placed without the breeders consent. All registration for AKC will be limited. All CFA/ACFA will be strictly not for breeding and or no registration will be given in some cases to prevent from being registered with another registry if sold as a pet only.
Buyer agrees to include the name PRECIOUS following any chosen name when registering their pom. Buyer can not change the written name.
Upon registering your pom you will send us a copy of the certificate as proof of compliance with the name registration.
Deposits will hold pet until the agreed upon date ____/____/____ and are non-refundable, pet will be picked up when full payment has been made. Cash only.
