The Breeder guarantees the above describer dog to be healthy at the time of sale and will supply all appropriate health/shots records.
The breeder guarantees this dog to be purebred dog of breed named above and provided all papers needful for registration with American Kennel Club.
The Purchaser agrees to have this dog to be taken to licensed veterinarian during first 7 days from the date of purchase and let the Breeder know about results of test not later that two days after examine.
At case if during this vet examination dog named above is found other that healthy and Purchaser’s veterinarian is not recommending keeping of this puppy, Purchaser may bring this puppy back to the Breeder for exchange at another puppy if any are available. If no replacement puppy is available, breeder will offer a puppy from the next upcoming litter or will accept puppy back and return full original price of dog to purchaser.
Purchaser may return the dog ONLY during first 10 days after date of sale and ONLY with appropriate veterinarian conclusion supplied. It should have written:
1) Name & address of puppy’s owner.
2) Date of puppy’s examination.
3) Breed and description of dog (including permanent ID).
4) Medical condition.
5) Recommended treatment and estimated cost of it.
Paperwork must be signed by licensed veterinarian and provide his contact information (address of vet hospital and contact phone #).
At case if any dangerous for dog’s life hereditary disorder will be found in puppy named above till this dog will reach 5 years of age, the Breeder will offer a healthy puppy for replacement as soon, as Purchaser is ready to adopt one and Breeder has suitable dog. The Purchaser agrees to supply all original veterinarian paperwork related to dog’s condition. “Shazzam Of OZ” kennel is NOT responsible for any veterinarian expenses paid by Purchases after dog was transferred from the Breeder to the new owners and/or for any injuries occurred after sale of this puppy.
If necessary, the Breeder has right to take this dog to Breeder’s veterinarian for getting of second opinion at breeders expense.
