Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

Our written contract consists of 72-hour health guarantee and 3-year genetic guarantee for a replacement puppy. No refunds are given and $200 deposit to hold a puppy is non-refundable. Puppies sold on Limited registration, must be spayed/neutered before AKC registration application is given to the buyer. We require a copy of your receipt from your veterinarian before mailing your AKC registration application to you. Full registration is available to approved home.

A complete contract will be emailed to the buyer when he/she is ready to place a non-refundable deposit.
