******Puppy Warranty & Sales Agreement******
We offer a replacement warranty on our puppies up to one year of age. If the puppy develops a terminal health disorder, crippling hip dysplasia or generic disorder: notify us immediately. Our primary concern is for the puppy and you as well. We will replace it with another puppy of mutual choice, same sex, color and of equal value as soon as one is available. This warranty does not cover common puppy ailments such as internal parasites, vitamin deficiency, "Pano", viruses, swallowing foreign objects or obstructions, etc. We also reserve the right to have the puppy examined, at the buyers expense, by a veterinarian of our choice before the return and replacement. We will pay for no veterinarian expenses incurred and there is no cash refund.

I, the Buyer, hereby agree to provide routine veterinary care for this puppy, including all the vaccinations(DHLLPP &CVP) RABIES and fecal exams. Also an annual physical exam and HEARTWORM test and preventative. I will also seek prompt professional veterinarian care in the events of emergency. I agree to provide all necessary records*(listed at bottom) in the event I wish to have this puppy replaced. This contract is void if a fore mentioned terms are not complied with and if the puppy is sold, transferred, registration application form expired, has been used for breeding or been bred, or injured by accident or neglect. If a male is neutered prior to 18months or a female spayed prior to at least 12 months we do not stand behind any growth problems including hip or elbow issues. Please read our section on Spay & Neuter that explains our concerns for early spay & neuter problems that can occur.

Selling a Registered German Shepherd puppy is a responsibility to its breeders. Purchasing, providing for training and loving a pup is an equal responsibility to its owners. The breeders of your German Shepherd have carefully provided you with a warranty replacement to insure your personal protection and as a safeguard toward the German Shepherd breed. How you raise your dog, what you feed it, how much attention & exercise you allow it and what kind of protection you provide for your pup against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, & rabies is your future responsibility. Your sincere approach to do the right thing for your puppy is in reality a protection of your investment in a long and happy life for a devoted companion. A lot of thought and effort has gone into the growth & development of your puppy. The puppy you have purchased is healthy, sweet dis-positioned and full of fun & life. Please accept happily the responsibility you have purchased as have its breeders before you.

Any shipping expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer. Owner is responsible for all transportation to and from Shadow Land Shepherds Kennel.
No other warranty is implied or expressed and will be considered null and void if the owner(s) do not comply with this written warranty.
We also offer a breed contract for those that purchase for breeding or working.
