This CONTRACT and Guarantee is hereby entered into between Barbara Andersen Grand Canyon K9, hereinafter known as Seller, and ________________________________, hereinafter known as Buyer this __________day of __________________, 20___.
For the sum of $___________, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Seller agrees to and transfers to Buyer, the following property:

For the purposes of this Contract for Sale and Warranty, a Dog is defined as a mature animal beyond the age of twelve months; a Puppy is defined as an immature animal between the ages of two and twelve months.

Full AKC Registration ________
For the purposes of this Contract for Sale and Guarantee, Limited AKC Registration and Full AKC registration are as defined in the AKC Registration papers.
Seller warrants to Buyer:
The Puppy will have first two vaccinations of core vaccines and will be wormed 3x before puppy transfers to new owner. As of date of reciept of puppy Seller warrants that the puppy is in good health and free of communicable disease. The Buyer has seven days to have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian. Any claims must be made at this time and verified by the Seller's veterinarian. Buyer must keep current with Buyers veterinian's suggested immunization and parasite control program or Parvovirus and Distemper guarantee will be void.
The Puppy's ears will stand up within the first year of life. (This applies only to puppies purchased with full AKC Registration.) If this does not occur within the prescribed period, the Puppy will be replaced with a like quality puppy by Seller, once proof of spay/neuter is provided and proof that no trauma to the ear has occurred, provided by a licensed veterinarian.
The Puppy will be free of all genetic disorders for the first 26 months of life. In the case of Full registration if said puppy/dog fails to SV A Stamp Buyer will provide written proof of condition from a licensed veterinarian skilled in taking SV X-Rays along with a current X-Ray and proof of spay/neuter. After being evaluated by the Seller's veterinarian, a Puppy of the Seller’s choice, and of equal value will be available to the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of replacement the replacement Puppy. Buyer does not have to nor will the Buyer return the said animal for replacement. Seller has one year from time of notification to replace Dog/Puppy.If For Limited Registration, if Moderate to Severe Hip/Elbow Dysplasia should occur, the Buyer will provide written proof of condition from a licensed veterinarian skilled in taking SV X-Rays along with a current X-Ray and proof of spay/neuter. After being evaluated by the Seller's veterinarian, a Puppy of the Seller’s choice, and of equal value will be available to the Buyer.Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of replacement the replacement Puppy. Only one replacement or refund will be given. Buyer does not have to nor will the Buyer return the said animal for refund or replacement. Seller has one year from time of notification to replace Dog/Puppy. For guarantee to be valid buyer must have puppy/ dog xrayed by a licensed veterinarian skilled in taking SV X-Rays at 12 to 24 months of of age and submitted to the SV for findings and results forwarded to breeder (seller). If said xrays are not taken at 90 degrees angles with the knees present another xray will be required! The male puppy will have descended testicles within the first 6 months of life. (This applies only to a Puppy purchased strictly for breeding purposes, with full AKC Registration.) In order to receive a replacement proof of neutering must be provided by a licensed veterinarian.
If your puppy has been properly immunized and dies from Parvovirus or Distemper within the first one year of life Grand Canyon K9 will replace the puppy at no charge to Buyer as long as lab results and record of proper immunization are forwarded to Seller. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of replacement puppy. Seller is not responsible for the cost of treatment or diagnosis for any disease.
A copy of this contract will be given to the Buyer. Payment and/or acceptance/delivery of Puppy/Dog constitutes agreement
