Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

Pet Puppies:

Sold on limited registration only
Must be registered with AKC and/or ASCA
Must be S/N by 12 months
We will take the dog back at any age and for any reason

Performance Puppies:

Sold on limited or full registration depending on the dog
Must be registered with AKC and/or ASCA
Sold on co-own until the dog is S/N then we sign off
Must be S/N by 24 months with limited registration
We will take the dog back at any age and for any reason

Show Puppies:

We don't have a set contract for show puppies. Depending on the situation and the puppy the sale might be outright or on co-own however we do not sell show prospects to anyone we don't know or who was not recomended to us.
