Do you understand that if for any reason you need to find a home for this puppy because for any reason you are unable to keep this puppy at ANY point in his/her life that it has to be returned to Rodeo Great Danes at your expense and we will be responsible for finding it a home and no money will be returned to you?
Do you understand and agree that if Rodeo Danes is notified that this dog has been sold, given away, or re-homed outside of Rodeo Danes, you will face a penalty of 5000.00 as well as all costs incurred in recovering the dog . The dog will be taken back by Rodeo Great Danes or an authorized agent and no money shall be returned to you or anyone else involved?
