1. Puppy has been vet checked and has been found to be free of genetic defects and is in good health. Customer will have their state licensed veterinarian check the health of the puppies within 72 hours to verify the pup's state of health.
2. In the event of a health problem, breeder requires veterinarian statement and x-rays or tests for proof of problem. In addition, breeder also has the right to have puppy examined by breeder's choice of veterinarian (second opinion, at breeders expense). If a problem does exist, puppy will be returned to breeder and purchase price refunded to buyer or an exchange for another puppy of equal value will be offered.
3. Breeder will furnish to purchaser, all records of all shots and worming up to the date of purchase. Puppy will have had dewclaws removed and tails docked approximately 3 days after birth. Ear cropping is not done by the breeder and is the responsibility of purchaser if they wish to have the ears cropped.
4. Limited Registration Purchase: Buyer understands that his/her puppy is sold as pet quality only, and will not be bred at any time. (Buyer agrees to complete the AKC registration and will be required to fully register the puppy as limited).
5. Full Registration Purchase: Buyer is allowed by seller and AKC to register and breed the puppy, as an adult, under the guidelines of the American Kennel Club. Buyer agrees to pay the additional amount for full registration rights. It is the responsibility of the new owner/breeder to strive for and adhere to the breed standard and practice all the responsibilities of a professional breeding kennel large or small. Buyer agrees to complete the registration papers in their entirety and will be sure to fully register the puppy.
6. DEPOSITS ON PUPPY: Deposits are $200 to hold a puppy and are non- refundable. The deposit form can be wmailed at your request and either faxed or emailed back.
Acceptable payment types for deposits and final payments are: PayPal, Personal Check (check must clear before shipping), Cash (if local), Certified Checks, & money order.
