Puppies from Cypress Pond Kennel (CPK) will have first shots, dewclaws removed, current vaccines, vet checks, & dewormings, introduced to bird scents & water, & paper trained before leaving kennel.Pup can be microchipped at new owners request. Puppies should see your vet within 3 days of purchase. Deposits are accepted, but puppy is to be paid in full before leaving kennel. A Loyal, Loving companion throughout the years= A CYPRESS POND PUP!

Buyer pays all transportation &/or shipping costs,& these must be paid before shipping.New owners shall not use pup for fighting or as attack dog.New owners will not re-sell pup to any person whose intent is trade, resell, or give to be used as a breeding stock for a puppy mill,.Nor is said pup to be used in ANY experiments.


DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!

All puppies from CPK are guaranteed for 26 months to be free from hip dysplasia or any genetic disease(parvo not included). Worms/ Parasites are not covered as they are normal & CAN be treated by your vet. If said puppy has hip dysplasia or any other genetic problem, at 2 yrs of age, we WILL replace the pup with an equal pedigreed puppy with in one year of being informed of said disease. We will not refund any of the expenses incurred from vet bills. OFA is the only authority on hip dysplasia.

We do not require that you return the pup to us ,as we know that by this time the pup is a valued member of the family,but we do require if you keep said pup it MUST be spayed or neutered. If you desire another pup from an upcoming breeding, we will give you half off the asking price.We do require a copy of the vet record saying it has been spayed or neutered & a copy of the OFA report.We do not recommend euthanizing any dog unless a licensed veterinarian says there is no other choice.Please advise us if your vet ever recommends this & why.


Any pup that is over the recommended weight for his/her age that is diagnosed with hip dysplasia due to weight problems makes this contract automatically void!

Cypress Pond puppies should be at least obedience trained for your enjoyment & their own safety. All Cypress Pond puppies are born from dogs owned by Joey & Tracy Huff.
