Health Guarantee: The dog is in good health to the best of our knowledge, at the time of purchase.
The puppy has had 2 shots at age 5 & 7 weeks.
The puppy has been on a worming schedule of 2,4,6, & 7 weeks.
Buyer should take puppy to the vets within three buyer business days. If the puppy is not Vet checked within this time period, this guarantee becomes null and void.
If puppy is not in good health, seller should be contacted on the same day with a letter from the veterinarian stating the problem. Medical bills of the buyer are the responsibility of the buyer.
Seller reserves the right to obtain a second opinion from a veterinarian of seller choice at the cost of the seller. If unsoundness is determined puppy/dog will be replaced with another puppy/dog of equal value and same sex when one becomes available. NO CASH REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS ONLY.
Deposits are non-refundable. There is no warranty on infectious diseases that can be treated with medications, are not life threatening or are not congenital/ hereditary in nature.
Seller will provide a guarantee on any life threatening/fatal congenital diseases until the puppy is one year old. This does not include luxating patella, bowed legs, overbites and hernias, and un-descended testicles, as these are not a fatal condition.
Seller does not guarantee temperament, but will make every effort to match puppy to person. Size is not guaranteed, we will provide an estimate based on the puppy’s mother and father. Color of puppy is not guaranteed. Some colors will lighten and darken as the puppy gets older.
The breeder cannot guarantee size, or temperament of said puppy/dog. As breeders, we have to the best of our ability, attempted to breed a quality representation of the breed.
Breeder assumes no responsibility for veterinary or any other expenses incurred once said dog/puppy leaves breeders premises.
If at anytime Buyer can not care for this puppy and decides to sell or give this puppy away, the seller must be notified. If you cannot find an appropriate home for the dog, I will be more than happy to resume full ownership of dog without monetary refund and re-home the dog. All AKC papers and medical records will be returned to me. Under no circumstances is the dog to be placed in a pet shop, animal shelter, or similar establishment.
Buyer agrees to have puppy spayed/neutered by age 6 months. No breeding or showing rights.
