Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. All Shacree Siberian puppies are sold on Spay/Neuter contract with AKC LIMITED papers. No breeding is permissible.
I would only consider selling a show puppy to a established show home. Even at that I would only sell on CO-OWNERSHIP until the dog has finished his/hers AKC Championship.
All puppies also are required to be returned for any reason if they cannot be kept by the new owner. As breeder I have first right of refusal & to make sure I know at all times where the dog is.
