The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

All Cedar Creek Retriever pups are guaranteed for the first 26 months to be free of Eyes Disease and Digenerative Hip Dysplsia. If your pup develops Eye Disease or Degenerative Hip Dysplasia within 26 months we will repalce your pup with an equal or better pedigreed pup or fully refund the purchase price. You are not obligated to return your pup to us unless you prefer to. All Cedar Creek Retrievers are sold with a Limited AKC Registration. If your pup has recieved a Title and has had Hips (GOOD OR EXCELLENT) and Eyes Certified, we will register the pup to a Full AKC Registration. We reserve the right to refuse full registration rights to anyone we feel may not have the best interest of the dog in mind.
