Everything has been done to insure the good health of the puppy and we guarantee that the puppy has had all the shots and wormings necessary up to the time of sale. A 72-hour health guarantee is given at the option and expense of the buyer (veterinarian examination) for full refund for any condition that existed at the time of sale.
HEREDITARY DEFECT GUARANTEE: A puppy sold as a pet will be replaced if it cannot function as the pet it was purchased to be: proof of breed specific inheritable defect must be supplied to the breeder before any replacement is made. The breeder (at his expense) has the right to have the puppy examined by his own vet. (Breed specific inheritable defects are lens luxation and PRA, and severe hip dysplasia.
