WHEREAS, Kamelot Shepherds ( hereinafter referred to as "Seller�) is

and WHEREAS, ___________________________ ,( hereinafter called "Buyer") is desirous of
purchasing the animal described above:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of ____________________ Dollars,
the Seller hereby conveys one ________________ German Shepherd __________under the following

warranties and conditions and no other warranties or conditions either expressed or implied.
1. That the above described animal is a purebred dog, registerable with the AKC and that a registration application or
individual registration will be forwarded to Buyer as soon as processed by the AKC.
2. DOG will come with pedigree at time of sale.
3. That the above described animal be seen by a veterinarian within 72 hours of the purchase of said DOG. If the Buyer�s veterinarian deems DOG unsuitable for purchase due to serious congenital defect or contagious desease, Seller shall be notified immediately, and ALL documentation (i.e. vet records, lab reports, tests results) forwarded to Seller immediately.
Buyer will have the option of keeping DOG and getting reimbursement of half of the purchase price OR receiving a replacement puppy. DOG shall be guaranteed against life limiting hereditary defect up to 12 months of age. Hips are guaranteed against moderate to severe dysplacia up to 24 months. Written diagnostics are to be forwarded to Seller by the Buyer�s veterinarian and official OFA certification.
4. Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for DOG properly and agrees to follow Seller�s advice on nutrition, training, socialization, housing and veterinary care
5. Said DOG is sold as a genetically sound family companion and is not to be used as a breeding/stud dog. The owner(s) agree to spay/neuter said DOG by one year of age, but not before six months of age.
6. In the case of �breeder� or �show� quality, Seller retains the right to retain stud service from DOG at no cost.
7. Seller has First Right of Refusal. If for ANY reason Buyer can not keep said DOG, Seller is to be notified immediately and will either take DOG back or help in rehoming DOG.
8. This writing constitutes the full agreement of the parties.

* A � Pet quality� pup/dogs exhibits a significant or disqualifying fault such that said animal should not be shown or bred.
A �breeder quality� pup/dog meets the standard for it�s breed and is deserving of being in a breeding program if it achieves appropriate health certifications and clearances, but would not be expected to achieve high show placements in conformation events.
A �show quality� pup/dogs is one of the so-called �picks� of it�s litter and exhibits the physical characteristics typical of those dogs, with proper training, conditioning, and professional handling can be expected to be capable of achieving success in the conformation show ring.
