A written sales contract is provided with each puppy sold. The contract specifies if the dog is sold as a show prospect or pet only.
Another condition of sale states:
"If at any time you decide you are unable to keep this dog, you agree to return this Tibetan Terrier to the seller at the buyer's expense, This Tibetan Terrier may not be placed in another home or shelter without written permission of the seller."
