Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

In short, my pet contract requires your puppy/dog to be spayed or neutered prior to one year of age. Limited AKC Registration will be provided once veterinary proof of spay/neuter has been received.

If for any reason, during the life of your puppy/dog, you are unable to keep them, I require they be returned to me for placement, along with their AKC Registration and Health Records.

Full AKC Registration is only available for show prospects and then there is a contract with certain stipulations. I do not co-own my puppies, therefore we must establish a friendly "trust" in order for a puppy/dog to be placed as a show prospect.

A complete copy of my contract will be provided via email once a final decision has been made.
