This is an application for a Boreayl Siberian Husky puppy. The purpose of our application is to ensure that prospective owners have thoroughly researched common breed characteristics and are prepared to provide a lifelong home. We also use this information as a starting point to better understand prospective owners' needs and assist in the selection process.

Where do you plan to keep your Siberian Husky while you are at home or away?

On average, how many hours would your Siberian Husky be alone during a 24 hour period?

Are you aware that Siberian Huskies cannot always be trusted off lead?

Are you aware that Siberian Huskies shed large quantities of hair and require grooming several times per year?

Are you aware that Siberian Huskies require at least moderate exercise?

Do you have a securely fenced yard?

Are you specifically looking for a dog for conformation showing, mushing, or other competitive dog sports? If yes, explain.

Our contract requires all owners to have their puppies CERF tested so that we can maintain a comprehensive eye health history of our line. This typical cost is between $25 and $75. Are you willing to honor this requirement?
