Jeger Norwegian Elkhounds
CH. Jeger's Incense 'N Peppermints, now 17 months old, finished 2007 as #1 AKC Norwegian Elkhound bitch and #9 Elkhound overall using breed points...and from the puppy classes! She finished her championship at seven months of age in 4 weekends with 3 majors and 6 best of breeds. As a puppy, she was entered in 3 specialty shows, earning 2 Best of Opposites and 1 Award of Merit.
Pepper started her 2008 season with a Group 4th placement at the Greeneville, MS Kennel Club show, 1/19/08!!! You go, girl!
Hans- Jandal's Return of the Jedi- completes his championship 4/10/08 at the Valdosta KC with a major win.
Pepper scores a group second at the Mississippi KC show!
Dove (born 3/09) makes her official debut in the show ring in Atlanta, 2/10.
Pepper finishes 2008 as the #2 Bitch and #13 Elkhound. Along the way, she earned many group placements. Now enjoying motherhood, we have high hopes for her daughter Dove. Dove will be evaluated for show potential and will hopefully carry her mother's record forward while Pepper takes a break on the couch.
Dove earns her Championship 10/1/10 with 4 majors along the way and a a maturity class win at the Elkhound Nationals. Pepper earns 2 Specialty AOM's in 2010 in her 2 appearances in the ring.
