Most of My puppies are sold on Limited Register not because they are not show quality puppies but because this is what I feel seems corect.I keep the best puppies for myself to further my breeding program. I do on occasion give out Full register but I have to get to know you first and become comfortable with your breeding practises.
Dreamquest Mastiffs Owner Contract (posted by member)
The breeder will provide a copy of pedigree on the Mastiff puppy along with a shot record, health certificate, and deworming.
Registration papers may take up to 2 extra months receive depending on the stud situation if they take a puppy the papers are not signed until they receive the puppy at 8wks of age. I also
takes AKC at least 3 wks to get the papers back to me.
Your puppy must be examined but a Veterarian within 7 days after purchase of the puppy. If the vet finds said puppy to be in poor health or have at that time a congenital/medical problem that requires an excessive medical expense the buyer will be refunded full price of the puppy.

These ailments seen in Mastiffs are results of poor nutrition, overfeeding, over supplementing and or excessive exercising. Your puppy may look like an adult, but it is a puppy and needs puppy care. Your puppy does need to exercise but he or she needs time to sleep also. As a young puppy you will notice a lot of time is spent
sleeping these are the times when he or she is growing. See Do’s and Don’ts page of your packet to see things to do or not to do. All of this is to ensure the health and well being of your new puppy.
At anytime the buyer decides to sell said puppy for whatever reason, contact the breeder immediately and breeder will take the dog or puppy back. Or help in the relocation process to find said dog a good home. If at anytime the dog or puppy is sold without the breeder’s consent the papers will be revoked on said dog or puppy.
At anytime the breeder is able to come and see the puppy. If breeder finds at that time the puppy is found to be living in unfit conditions, underweight, or not up to date on vaccines the puppy will be revoked at that time and you will get no money back.
