We expect our pet quality puppies to be spayed/neutered. Pet quality puppies go out on limited registrations. Show prospects will usually be on co-ownerships. We have lifetime take-back guarantees and expect a dog to be returned if the new owner is unable to keep the dog for any reason. We expect all our dogs to be vaccinated annually and cannot guarantee the health of one who has not been kept up-to-date on vaccinations. A much more detailed contract is available by email.
