Our Puppy Policies & Guarantee agreement
All of our puppies have their tails docked and dew claws removed at 3/5 days old. Puppies will be wormed more than once and first Puppy shots are given at 6 wks and every three weeks there after until they are sent to their new homes. Each puppy is sold with his AKC papers in tact and ready for you to sign and send in. Each puppy owner will receive a certificate of pedigree at the time of sale. Each puppy comes with a health record, listing any medications he's been on, his shot and worming record and so on.
Puppies must be taken to the vet of your choice within 72 hours of leaving our kennel. This is for everone's well being, as you will be assured that your new puppy is healthy and happy.
Puppy is guaranteed for 72 hours againist fatal viruses. This includes Parvo, Distemper,Corona, it does not cover Kennel Cough and Coccidiosis which are bacterial and or not life threatening.
If a health problem arises, the puppy must b returned
accompanied by all paperwork supplied by the seller at the time of sale, along with a written statement from the veterinarian stating illness.
Should your puppy develop any
life threatening illness the first year of his/her life, you may contact us with veterinarian documentation(MUST BE SENT BY YOUR VET) and we will be glad to arrange a replacement puppy as soon as possible ,you must return your puppy (TO OUR KENNEL ,YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES)to get a replacement puppy.(WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS OF ANY KIND OR ANY TIME FOR YOUR PUPPY). WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TERMINAL HEALTH ISSUES THAT ARISE AFTER THAT ONE YEAR PERIOD.
1 year Dysplasia Guarantee:
If your puppy is found to be crippled from Dysplasia ,retunn your puppy to our kennel along with it's AKC certificate and all labortory verification.We will replace your puppy.WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES THAT ARISE AFTER THAT ONE YEAR PERIOD. (For breeding/show prospect puppies sold with full AKC certification only.)
Pet puppies are sold with limited AKC registrations and will not be bred. Should you try to breed a limited registrationed dog, AKC will refuse to issue papers for the offspring.

ALL PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS IS with 1 year puppy replacement guarantee only ,NO CASH REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.
Guarantee is for puppy replacement only ,we are NOT responsible for any vet bills or any bills for your puppy at anytime.
LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEE:
The guarantee applies to the original owner of the puppy
and is non-transferable. The puppy must be in good
physical condition and ears must be standing. No replacement will be given for males or females that have been bred , If bought on limited Reg, and puppy was not spayed or neutered before 10 months, or whose registration application form has expired, or that have not been examined by Vet within 72 hours of leaving kennel. Puppy or adult dog must be returned to kennel. Owner is responsible for transportation costs to and from kennel, and for ear cropping of
replacement pup.
This contract is void unless the signatures of the Seller and Buyer are present on each document in the Contract Package . No puppy/dog will be shipped/picked-up until the Contract Package is completed, signed, and returned to Seller. Seller will retain a copy of the Contract Package and provide a copy to Buyer.
Contract Package: Puppy Questionaire ,Policies/ Guarantee and Buyers Agreement.
