The terms of our agreement will be stated in the contract between the Buyer and Seller. A signed, initialed, and printed copy must be exchanged between Buyer and Seller to be legally binding. Contracts will not be E-mailed back and forth except as a blank document to be filled out and mailed by registered mail.
