This animal is represented for sale as follows:
1. It is understood that at this time of sale, this puppy is not to be considered show quality or to be used for breeding purposes and is being sold with limited registration with papers being given when proof of spay/neuter certificate is presented to breeder Jessica Durkin.
2.It is understood that the purchaser will take this puppy to a veterinarian of their choice with in 48 hours of purchase to verify health of puppy. Standard New Jersey law of health guarantee still applies.
3. The breeder of this puppy will accept return of this animal at anytime during it’s life time and retains the right of first refusal ,this puppy may not be resold or given to anyone else. IF at anytime if buyer is not longer able to keep this puppy it must be returned to breeder Jessica Durkin, however it is understood no refund will be given at any time for any reason
4. The sale price of this puppy does NOT include any future veterinary care or treatment of any kind. The buyer is responsible for all veterinary care from the date of agreement.
5.The purchaser agrees to provide proper care, housing, and follow the feeding instructions provided for this puppy. Our puppies are not to be kenneled or tethered out on chains or cables , Our puppies are sold as house companions only.
6. Purchaser agree to have this puppy spayed or neutered between 6 months and 1 year of age. This is to prevent future health, temperament and behavioral problems. Registration certificate will not be given until proof of spay/neuter is presented to breeder Jessica Durkin
7. We recommend obedience training for all puppies starting at 14 weeks. Remember Bull terriers are a stubborn breed. If an obedience certificate is achived purchaser will be reimbursed 150.00 of purchase cost of puppy.(MUST HAVE CETIFICATE AND PASSED) also any puppies who pass AKC good citizen will recive 100.00...and any dogs completing therapy dog certification will recive 350.00. We are all here for our bull terriers let’s show them what we have.

If at any time the breeder is responsible by law for any treatment or vet bills buyer agree to have all treatment for the puppy done at the following 3 veterinarians listed below.
If the buyer chooses to use any other vet other then listed below the buyer agree to pay for all costs of treatment with no reimbursement from the breeder.

Reminder:
1. You have two weeks from date of purchase for unfit for sale.
2.You have 2 years for any congenital defects
3.If any time either of the two occurs, breeder will replace puppy with another puppy of equal value. Other puppy must be returned to breeder with any or all registration papers given with puppy or sent after purchase, a certified vet statement stating why your puppy can not serve you as a companion pet or is unfit BEFORE any replacement puppy is given. ***The finding of worms or other intestinal parasite are not considered unfit for sale and will not be covered at anytime by Bodacious Bullies
