***The buyer agrees to take the puppy/dog to the veterinarian of his/her choice within 72 hours of purchase. If the puppy/dog is found to be in unsatisfactory health the buyer may return the animal to the seller, with documentation from the vet, for a refund of the purchase price less any deposit or the buyer may choose another puppy/dog (if available).
***If the animal purchased is a puppy (under the age of 18 months), the animal will come with a health guarantee against hip dysplasia and DCM. If, prior to the age of 2 years, the animal is diagnosed with either defect the seller agrees to replace the puppy with a puppy of equal value from a breeding out of different breeding stock (parents).
