The above mentioned is sold with the following terms:
The dog must be registered NSDR / ASDR / MASCA / NAMASCUSA and bear the prefix Triple R's to its
registered name.
1. Health and Satisfaction Warranty: Puppies are sold on a 3 (business) day satisfaction guarantee period. During this time the pup must be examined by your veterinarian for a clean bill of health. If for some reason, your pup does not receive a
clean bill of health or you are not completely satisfied, you will receive a full refund or if a replacement puppy is
available it will be offered to you.
2. If your veterinarian determines that your dog has a inherited defect of abnormality, send us a letter signed by you vet
indicating the nature of the problem and stating that in the vet's opinion this problem seriously affects the quality of
the dogs life and otherwise prevent the dog from being an acceptable pet or companion.
To qualify for a refund of the purchase price, or replacement puppy if preferred and available, and at the
discretion of Triple R one of the following conditions must be met.
1. The dog must be humanely euthanized by your vet if that is what should be done, and a letter from the vet
stating that this has been done should be sent to me. Otherwise the puppy may be returned to Triple R,
Mary/John or if both parties agree you may keep pup and have replacement pup.
2. The dog's registration certificate must be returned to me, signed on the back returning ownership to
me. If you have not already done so, the dog must be spayed or neutered and a certificate from your vet
stating that this has been done and sent to me. The dog itself does not need to be returned to us.
3. Buyer agrees not to breed this animal unless the following conditions are met:
Dog must have been sold on unlimited Registration or be CO-OWNED with Triple R.
Dog must be at least 18 Months of age.
Dog must be Eye CERF-Clear
Dog must have Preliminary or OFA certificate.
Dog possess no apparent disqualifying according to the current standard for the Miniature Australian Shepherd.
4. Buyer will inform the breeder of any change of address and agrees to respond to any reasonable requests
for information on the dog. If at any time during your dogs life, you have questions concerning health,
training, etc., please feel free to contact me.
5. We breed for the best Miniature Australian Shepherds we can. But even with the best breeding we can never
know for sure how big or small our pups will be. We do hope they will be within the Standard but sometimes they can be over or under the size required for the breed.
6. If at any time during your dog's life, you are unable or unwilling to continue to care for it for any reason (even if
it has whelped or sired a litter) the dog must be returned to Triple R Kennel & Stable -- there will be no refund under
these circumstances.
7. Puppies bought on a co-ownership are obligated to the following conditions:
Your dog will be co-owned with Triple R's prefix and the name of Mary orJohn on your NSDR / ASDR / MASCA
or NAMASCUSA registration of co-owner.
PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide your Triple R dog with a loving home where the human hand is always the deliverer of pleasant
experiences.
To never use harsh training or discipline methods such as hitting, slapping or frightening the dog.
To provide your Triple R dog with professional care, to keep its shots current, to have it examined at least
once a year by a licensed vet.
NEVER TO USE THE "TIE - OUT " METHOD OF CONFINEMENT.
The above mentioned terms are agreed upon by both partners to assure the well being and protection of the
breed and this Miniature Australian Shepherds in particular.
All Pet Pups: Registration application will be given when proof of spay or neutering is sent to Triple R.
