1. Puppy has been vet checked and has been found to be free of genetic defects and is in good health. Customer will have their state licensed veternarian check the health of the puppies within 72 hours to verify the pup's state of health.
2. In the event of a health problem, breeder requires veternarian statement and xrays or tests for proof of problem. In addition, breeder also has the right to have puppy examined by breeder's choice of veternarian (second opinion, at breeders expense). If a problem does exist, puppy will be returned to breeder and purchase price refunded to buyer or an exchange for another puppy of equal value will be offered.
3. All puppies are sold with 100% (purchase price) money back guarantee for satisfaction! If you are not happy with your puppy for any reason, breeder will refund your purchase price; however, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of such puppy.
4. Breeder will furnish to purchaser, all records of all shots and worming up to the date of purchase. Breeder will provide a health certificate from breeder's choice of licensed veternarian. Puppy will have had dew claws removed and tails docked approximately 3 days after birth; however, BTS does not crop ears. Ear cropping is the responsibility of purchaser, if so desired.
5. Limited Registration Purchase: Under this option, buyer understands that his/her puppy is sold as pet quality only, and will not be bred at any time. Under this option, breeder requires that the purchaser provide an official veternarian document stating that puppy has been neutered or spayed. This document will be sent to breeder; and in return, breeder will provide purchaser with AKC registration papers for a Limited Registration of puppy.
NOTE: Limited Registration helps prevent the occurance of over-population of dogs and helps to ensure that the Breed Standard is upheld and improved through responsible and quality breeding programs. (In either options of registration, buyer agrees to complete the registration papers in their entirety and will be sure to fully register the puppy).
6. Full Registration Purchase: Under this option, buyer is allowed by seller and AKC to fully register and breed the puppy as an adult under the appropriate guidelines and scope of practices with the American Kennel Club. Buyer agrees to pay the additional amount for full registration rights. It is the responsibility of the new owner/breeder to strive for and adhere to the breed standard and practice all the responsibilities of a professional breeding kennel large or small. (In either options of registration, buyer agrees to complete the registration papers in their entirety and will be sure to fully register the puppy).
7. DEPOSITS ON PUPPY: This document also serves as our Puppy Deposit Contract. Stipulations as follows:
Deposit Amount = $200
If the deposit is for a puppy for a future litter, you the buyer must inform the breeder of the sex and color of puppy desired (preferences will be entered below). If, for any reason, the breeder is unable to supply the buyer with the preferences indicated, the buyer has the option for either a full refund, or transfer the deposit for a future litter; Subsequently, buyer will have first pick of the litter.
Buyers placing deposits, agree that the puppy will be picked up/shipped by 8 weeks of age. One (1) week grace period is allowed by either party; however, after grace period, a daily boarding fee of $5.00 per day will be charged as well as any vet fees that apply during such boarding time.
We will accept deposits for Pick of Litter on each breeding with picks being made in the order of first deposits recieved. Picks will not be made until puppies are at least 5 weeks old at which time, new pictures will provided.
Terms of payment for deposits and final payment are: Pay Pal (quickest, safest, and preferred) from our web site button, Personal Check (mail in with this deposit contract), Cash (if local), Money Orders, Certified Checks, and Bank Transfers (call us for account info). Please do not mail us cash, as we cannot be held responsible for lost cash.
If you have any questions, ask them before sending a deposit. Sending a deposit indicates you understand and agree to everything contained herein.
