The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

All Puppies are guaranteed to be purebred, sound, and healthy. This puppy is sold as pet quality, meaning the Breeder gives no guarantee that this puppy will be suited for the show ring or breeding purposes and request that you spay/neuter your pet to help control pet populations and we recommend doing a lot of research before breeding any animal.
This puppy is determined to be free of genetic defects and in excellent health at the time of sale.
The puppy has been seen and examined by a licensed veterinarian, and the puppy has received all vaccinations and de-worming appropriate to age. A copy of the puppy’s health record will be provided to the Purchaser. The Purchaser has been informed of future vaccinations and deworming due.
Puppy must be paid in full before being shipped or at time of pick up.
