Stratton's Pomeranians Contract.
I suggest you have a vet check within 48 hours of pickup time. If a defect is found, return the puppy immediately with a written diagnosis from your vet and I will refund your money or exchange for another puppy of the same value. Vet checks are done at the buyer's expense. The seller is not responsible for any vet expense not authorized by the seller in writing.
All sales are final after 48 hours excluding Sundays and Holidays. I do not guarantee color, coat, size of your puppy as it reaches maturity. All puppies change as they approach being adults. I sell as pet quality only.
I will give you a copy of the shots and worming record to date. It is your responsibility to complete the shots.I give the remaining shots to my local customers at $5.00 for the shot-(optional). I suggest you do not take this puppy out until it has had all of it's inoculations. The puppy is not immune to parvo just because it had some shots. It is important if you have a flea problem to deal with it immediately. Fleas and ticks can kill your puppy.
You need to keep a dry clean bed and fresh food and water available 24 hours a day. Do not leave your dog in the car, it can die just like children.
All deposits are one third of the asking price and are not refundable should you change your mind, so make sure you really want this puppy.
The puppy must be picked up by pick up date or you forfeit all rights and your deposits towards the puppy unless you have made other arrangements with the seller in advance.
