North Coast Cairns guarantees that said litter and parents are purebred Cairn Terriers and are registered with the Americal Kennel Club also know as the AKC and to be in excellent health at the time of the sale. Your puppy comes with a 72 hour health guarantee. After 72 hours purchaser agrees that there will be no cash refunds under any circumstances. Puppies and adults have been inspected by my verterinarian Robert Brantley Eureka Veterinary Clinic and have been deemed fit. Any genetic or hereditary problems that may arise from environmental or raising and feeding of said puppy are not warranted by North Coast Cairns.
The purchaser agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition ie: feeding, regular health checks and inoculations. If at anytime purchaser cannot keep said puppy, purchaser agrees to return puppy at his/her expense to North Coast Cairn Terriers and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN,. Purchaser agrees to have said puppy spayed/neutered by 6 months of age at his/her own expense and send confirmation within 30 days of puppy's 6th month, unless Buyer's veterinarian has deemed spaying/neutering would be a health hazard, Buyer's veterinarian must provide written proof as to why spay/neuter cannot be done.
The Purchaser releases North Coast Cairns of any and all liability for said puppy and understands that North Coast Cairns can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control. This document constitutes the entire agreement between North Coast Cairns and the Buyer with respect to this sale.
