At the time of delivery, the new owner will receive a sales contract which explains their responsibilites and ours as well. This is a bi-lateral contract where both parties have duties and obligations such as proper care of the animal, lifelong home, etc. In the case the new owner is not able to keep said animal, it is to be returned to the breeder. We are glad to provide a forever home to our dogs and under NO circumstances are they to be turned over to a rescue organization or to abandon it. The breeder will assist in finding a suitable home or take it back, no exceptions.
