I________________________________promise to love and care for my chihuahua puppy. I promise to bring him/her to the veterinarian for a complete exam. I will show documents that I have done this. I promise to have my pet neutered before eight months of age, and have any deciduous teeth (baby teeth) removed at that time.
I promise to give my pet food, shelter, and warmth. If my pet is sick, I will get my pet imediate emergency care by a veterinarian.
