The Pomeranian described in this document is hereby transferred to the above named BUYER(S).
______The Pom is being sold as a COMPANION QUALITY ONLY. The Buyer will neuter / spay above said Male / Female Pomeranian before any ownership papers will transfer. This Pomeranian will not be bred prior to neutering / spaying. Above Pomeranian will be eligible for limited AKC registration papers after Spaying or Neutering is done. And copies of said certificate is Faxed by buyers Vet whom did the surgery to above Pomeranian.
______The Pom is being sold as a show, breeding prospect. Ownership papers/AKC registration papers will transfer when payment is received in full and Pom is picked up or shipped. Seller makes no warranty as to the Poms showing or breeding
Capabilities or success, unless previously proven. Males will have two descended testicles at time of sale.

Puppy will have a current health certificate from my Veternairian Gary Stuer of Bethel Animal Hospital of Bethel Maine.
Said puppy will be vaccinated for Kennel cough, and checked for all respiratory illnesses, parasites (internal/external), said Pomeranian will be current on all vaccination that are appropriate for this Pomeranian’s age. If a rabies vaccination is required prior to shipping, the cost will be added to the S/H fees. Distemper and Pravo2 are covered for a period of 5 days from date of shipment. The BUYER is solely responsible for any additional vaccinations and takes full responsibility for the outcome of the vaccinations**. Vaccinations in Toy Breeds, even healthy, normal puppies can be fatal.
At no time will Angel Dream’s Pomeranians ship a Pomeranian that is displaying signs of illness or respiratory problems. This could potentially delay the pick up or shipping date.
BUYER is solely responsible for any vet bill’s incurred by this Pomeranian from the time of pick up or shipping . Once Said Puppy is placed on the plane it is the buyer responsibility to make sure that puppy is taken to the vet 24 hours after they receive said above Pomeranian.
This contract does not cover cococcidious, spirochetes, hypoglycemia, hepatitis, lepotospirosis, the common cold or pneumonia, hernias and removal of dew claws.
If a puppy should die within one year, from circumstances covered in this contract, it will be replaced with a similar puppy of the same
sex and quality. No Pomeranian puppy or Adult from Angel Dream Kennel will be replaced until said Pomeranian has had a necropsy or Autopsy done by a licensed veterinarian and all records showing what said Pomeranian has expired from. This is done at new owner’s expense. And records must be faxed from new owners vet to Angel Dream Kennel Owners, so they may take the records to their veterinarian to have their veternarian explain the records.
No monies will be returned or refunded.
All sales are final. Any monies paid by Buyer will be forfeit if Buyer does not complete the transaction. We can not guarantee adult size and weight of the puppy, we can only estimate. Sire and Dam are typically on premises and available for your evaluation.
If for any reason you can not keep your Pomeranian, you will return it to Angel Dream’s immediately at your expense as the buyer. At no time will you release, sell, give away or otherwise transfer ownership. The Buyer agrees to house the Pomeranian in their personal residence, provide air conditioning, heat, clean bedding, food and water. The Buyer will provide proper and timely medical and dental care.
IF dental care or veterinarian care are with held from said Pomeranian, then said Pomeranian will be returned to Angel Dream Kennel by new owners expense. And any and all veterinarian bills will be paid by the buyer noted in this contract.
Angel Dream’s Pomeranains reserves the right to periodically check on the Pomeranian, via in person or pictures. The Buyer agrees to comply with these requests.

You’re Commitment in good times and bad.
You've thought it over and have decided that the best dog breed for you is the Pomeranian. You understand that it is a lifetime, lifestyle and financial commitment. You have prepared your family and your home for your new addition. The crate is in place, the Premium Quality Pet Food, dishes and bedding are ready. You have interviewed a local Vet and made an appointment for a Well Puppy Vet Check. Congratulations, you are well on your way to a rewarding relationship with man's best friend.
You agree to:
1. Care for your Pomeranian and provide it with all and any necessary medical
And dental treatments, routine worming and shots
2. Keep your Pomeranian free of ticks, fleas and other parasites
3. To supervise children in the company of your Pomeranian, and you will supervise your Pomeranian around water and other animals.
4. House your Pomeranian in your home year-round and provide supervised outdoor exercise.
Troubled Times
Heaven forbid troubled times should befall you, but if they do and you need to find a new home for your Pomeranian, the contract you signed states:
You must contact Angel Dream’s Pomeranian / Kennel immediately. The Pomeranian will be returned to Angel Dream’s Pomeranians at your expense. No monies will be refunded. We will attempt to re-home the Pomeranian with new owners.
You agree to NEVER release, sell, adopt out, surrender, giveaway, etc. your Pomeranian from Angel Dream’s Pomeranian / Kennel to an animal shelter, animal rescue, no kill shelter, dog pound, pet store, backyard breeder, etc.
Only Angel Dream’s Pomeranian / Kennel is acceptable in this matter.
