Should the MASTIFF develop such condition(s) within 30 months, the BREEDER reserves the right to have the MASTIFF examined by a veterinarian of the BREEDER’s choice, at BREEDER’s expense, for a second opinion of the condition. Upon confirmation of a genetic defect.
* The MASTIFF will be replaced with another puppy (upon availability) with the return of the MASTIFF, X-Rays and/or other health defect documentation, and a veterinarian statement of genetic defect.
