4) The Buyer(s) agree that by signing this contract the Buyers understand that the Breeder is providing a 72 hour Health Guarantee in which the puppy will be examined by a veterinarian for a health assessment. After 72 hours there will be no refund of sales price regardless of circumstances and guarantee is void if neglect is present. The Breeder will give a 1 year health guarantee if the buyer uses NuVet Supplements purchased through the company under my breeder code to verify purchases. This guarantee will either replace the puppy or work with the Buyer and Veterinarian to remedy the health issue. Documentation must be provided that it is genetic health issues and in no way due to neglect or accident.
