HEALTH GUARANTEE: I the Buyer agree that I will get the pup checked by a veterinarian within 3 days from pick up or delivery and that if on initial check the Vet certifies in writing that the animal has a congenial health defect that would make it unsuitable as a pet and would warrant euthanasia, the breeder will replace this animal with one of equal value and quality as soon as one can be made available and the breeder reserves the right to as much as 2 years to provide such replacement. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Animal is guaranteed for 1 year on a replacement basis only against congenital defects. No other adjustment will be made and breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred by the buyer.
