The Breeder, Fergusons Kennels, guarantees this puppy to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Within 72 hours of receiving puppy, purchaser must have puppy checked by a licensed Veterinarian (at purchasers expense) to validate this agreement. If puppy is not Vet checked within 72 hours of receiving puppy, sale is FINAL. If the Veterinarian finds any physical limitations wrong with the puppy, (a letter must be provided from such Veterinarian and validated by Breeders Veterinarian), the puppy will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value at once or as soon as one becomes available. ALL refunds are at the discretion of the Breeder. The puppy must be returned to the Breeder at purchasers expense within 48 hours of examination or sale is FINAL.
Breeder assumes no responsibility with medical bills or any other bills incurred once puppy leaves Breeders premises.
Breeder also provides a one-year guarantee for life-threatening genetic disorders (verified by Buyers vet and confirmed by Breeders vet). In the case a defect should appear, upon verification by a qualified licensed Veterinarian, I well replace the dog with one of equal. The dog and its AKC/CKC papers must be returned to Breeder at the time of refund or exchange.
Breeder agrees to accept the puppy/dog named here back from buyer, for the lifetime of the animal, in any case that the buyer can no longer keep it. Buyer agrees to notify breeder if ever buyer cannot keep the puppy/dog named here prior to giving it away "free to good home" etc. or placing it in any animal shelter or with any rescue organization so that breeder can reclaim the animal along with its AKC/CKC registration papers. If the buyer does sell the puppy/dog named here at any time in the future, buyer agrees to notify breeder of the dog's new location and the name(s) of the new owner(s) as well as providing the new owner(s) with this breeder's current information at the time of sale.
This guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse or neglect. Chronic obesity and/or poor hygiene constitute neglect. For this guarantee to remain in effect this dog must receive annual veterinary checkups and treatment as prescribed.
Breeder reserves the right to reclaim the pup/dog if he/she is ever abused, neglected or improperly cared for or otherwise mishandled in any way by the purchaser or anyone the purchaser entrusts the care of this dog to. Purchaser agrees to immediately relinquish pup/dog to breeder upon request if such neglect, abuse, improper care, etc. is found. It is then up to the purchaser to persue the matter in civil court if they so choose.
Breeder cannot guarantee adult size, conformation or color.
I have read the Bill of Sale/Health Guarantee and understand and adhere to the conditions of the sale.
