Please thoroughly read this contract and understand our terms, provisions and agreements before signing this contract of sale.
Here at Silver State Minis & Silver State Doxies we pride ourselves on raising happy, healthy, loving devoted puppy’s who will make a great family pet. We do not sell to pet stores, dog brokers or any type of puppy sale market. We only sell puppies who we know are going to be placed in homes that will appreciate and love their new puppy.
When purchasing a puppy from Silver State Minis & Silver State Doxies you will receive a detailed information packet about the care of your new puppy and we feel that if you feed and care for the puppy as you should is directly affects the health and life span of your puppy. So this information packet is given to help you provide the best care for your puppy.
All of our puppies are sold with a 1 year health guarantee against life threatening genetic defects. If the puppy you purchase shall for any reason have a life threatening genetic defect we will replace the puppy with another puppy, one of the same value and sex when: You the buyer present to us a detailed description of the defect from a licensed veterinarian, and the original puppy.
This health guarantee is only valid to the persons listed below as the buyer(s), if the puppy is examined by a veterinarian within 5 days from the date of purchase and returned to the seller immediately. Buyer(s) will and shall understand that if buyer proceeds with medical treatment, and puppy is not returned at once then guarantee is null and void. In the event of this puppy’s death, an official autopsy needs to be preformed to determine the cause of death. Such an autopsy must be preformed by an accredited institution set up for such procedures. An autopsy from your local vet will not be accepted.
If buyer can comply with all requested documentation on genetic defects or death of puppy in a timely manner as set forth then Silver State Minis & Silver State Doxies will replace the puppy for another puppy of the same Color, Sex, and Size if there is a puppy available at that time. If there are no puppies at that time, then buyer will receive a refund in the purchase amount of the puppy. No Shipping or Veterinarian expenses will be refunded.
All of our puppies are sold with Akc & or Akc & Ckc papers regardless if you are buying a puppy on a Limited contract or a breeder contract. If purchasing a puppy on pet price you will not receive any papers, no exceptions. With limited you will receive limited Akc paper’s only no Ckc papers if applicable. Limited registration is on a spay or neuter contract, where we will require you to Spay or Neuter the puppy by the age of 6 months old. If you do not provide proof from a veterinarian that the dog has been spayed or neutered then Silver State Minis & Silver State Doxies has the authority to fine you up to $1,000 and we will repossess the puppy. If legal actions have to be taken they will. When filling out this contract please mark in the appropriate section if you want the puppy as breeder price or pet price which is listed on our web site.
Silver State Minis & Silver State Doxies shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the buyer after purchase and removal of puppy from Silver State Minis Or Silver State Doxies.
Examples would be:
Veterinarian Fees, Medications, X-Rays, Supplies etc.
Silver State Minis & Silver State Doxies will also not be held liable for any injury to persons or property once mentioned puppy leaves the premises of Silver State Minis Or Silver State Doxies.
Buyer will and shall also understand and agree that they are to maintain current and proper vaccination and worming schedules along with proper health examinations on their puppy to keep this contract in good terms. If buyer upon request cannot provide proof of vaccination & worming schedules along with health examinations then buyer understands that all guarantees in this contract are null and void.
Silver State Minis & Silver State Doxies will and shall also not be held liable for any return shipping fees on puppy, Veterinarian bills, or any other expenses related to this puppy. Any health guarantee does not replace this puppy for an illness caused by accident, neglect or abuse in any manner and further more the death of this puppy caused by any situations other than a genetic defect that directly caused this puppy’s death.

If Purchasing from Silver State Doxies: Debbie Gloyn is your Seller.
All Deposits are Non-Refundable. If purchase amount is received in full the deposit in the amount of $100-200 depending on the breeder will be deducted from the funds received either by Silver State Minis Or Silver State Doxies for any transactions after money’s have been received. If buyer defaults on purchase agreement the refund will be kept along with any other fee’s including Pay-Pal transaction fee’s Etc.
