Puppy Sales Contract

You must agree to these terms before you can purchase one of our puppies.
The purchase price of the puppy will be the balance, less the non-refundable deposit of $200.00. The balance will be due on or before delivery of puppy. The seller certifies that, upon delivery, the puppy will be in good health, immunized, and wormed according to the attached health record. It is recommended that the puppy be taken to your Veterinarian within 48 hours, (2) business days of receipt of the puppy, excluding Holidays or Sundays. If the purchaser does not do this, they accept the puppy/dog "as is" at the time of sale. If the puppy/dog is being shipped (flown) we assume no responsibility once the puppy/dog was safely placed on the airplane.
If the puppy, within the first year, is found by a licensed veterinarian, to have a life threatening health issue that cannot be corrected or controlled by medication, a replacement puppy will be given (out of the first available litter of same breed, registration, and value). Written documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be provided to us within two (2) business days of the diagnosis detailing any and all problems found. This documentation must be returned back to the breeder with the puppy and any registration
papers received. Shipping and medical expenses incurred will not be refunded. Shipping charges to and from for a replacement puppy will also be at buyers expense.
Should the buyer refuse to return the puppy in question, the breeder will be released from the constraints of the medical claim.
If the examination indicates that, at the time of sale, such animal was unfit for purchase due to illness (e.g. Parvo, Distemper, and Corona) or disease, a puppy of equivalent value must be provided to the purchaser upon return of the original puppy. Shipping charges to and from the breeder will be at buyers expense.
If a puppy is determined to be suffering from an active parasitic infection within the first two days, seller will be required to compensate purchaser for just the medications prescribed by a licensed veterinarian for the treatment of said infection. Medications for illnesses that are common in puppies will not be covered (e.g., Kennel Cough, Coccidia).
This guarantee is non-transferable. There must be no signs of abuse or neglect. No replacement will be given if the female has been bred. No replacement shall be given if breeds that are prone to hip dysplasia are over exercised or overweight. Running with or jumping dogs that are still in their growth period voids all health guarantees. I do not guarantee any leg, hip, or knee disorders as this is common in small breeds due to jumping from high places and injuries attributed from their tiny size - their ease of injury is very high - the buyer should be aware of this prior to their purchase of a toy-breed dog and monitor their puppies activities with caution. I do not cover hypoglycemia or hernias.
Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian expenses accumulated on returned or replaced puppies.
The seller does not guarantee adult size or color of pups.
Rock N FF Kennel, assumes no responsibility disapproval, people allergies or disagreement among household member regarding puppy/dog. No returns will be accepted once a puppy/dog has left the premises due to exposure of outside diseases, which in turn could jeopardize the health of the entire kennel.
I, the purchaser of a puppy from Rock N FF Kennel, hereby acknowledge that I have received and/or read a copy of this document. I acknowledge that I understand and agree with the terms and conditions of this guarantee.
