The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. Contracts for pet puppies are spay/neuter contracts with AKC limited registration. The purchase price will be fully refunded upon proof of spay or neuter if any of the following conditions occur within the first 30 months of age.

1. OFA Hip dysplasia rated as mild, moderate or severe
2. OFA Elbow dysplasia due to UAP, FCP or OCD
3. PRA
4. Sub-aortic stenosis
5. Cystine kidney stone formation

Contracts for show puppies will be taylored to the specific circumstances between Farpoint Kennels and the buyer.
