There is a puppy questionaire/application to be filled out by all potiential puppy people...

A written sales contract is provided with all pups..

All Pet puppies are sold with Limited AKC registration, including a spay/neuter contract. All show prospects are sold with Full AKC registration and are Co-Ownership with the breeder...
If for any reason the owners are not able to keep the pup at any age and so not to be placed in rescue...All pups are placed with a "Return to Breeder" clause...
