All puppies are guaranteed healthy, with veterinarian's health certificate included, and up to date on vaccinations.
All puppies are free of worms and have had their eyes examined by a certified ophthalmologist, with eye certificate included.
All puppies are guaranteed against genetic defects that would make them unsuitable as a companion, with either replacement or refund of purchase price.
Buyers are required to provide adequate veterinary care, to keep all immunizations current, to properly administer heartworm preventative, to provide adequate housing within Buyer's home, to confine the dog when outdoors and refrain from restraining it on a chain or rope, and to provide adequate exercise.
Buyers may not transfer ownership and/or possession of collies without written consent of Seller. Seller will accept return of dog at any time Buyers decline to keep dogs.
