To the best of the seller’s knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases at the time of sale. No further health guarantee is made or implied.
A one year after sale Replacement Guarantee is given for any condition that caused your puppy to expire, which dates from the prenatal stage only. A notarized Veterinarian report with findings stating, to a medical certainty, that the death was definitely caused from the prenatal state will be required. Out of state buyers must send the notarized Vet’s report by registered mail along with all of the puppy’s medical records. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. Guarantee will only consist of a replacement puppy of the same gender from the next available litter.
Replacement Guarantee will be terminated if puppy was abused, neglected, or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records. Also, umbilical and inguinal hernias are a common trait in this breed and is not covered by any guarantee from us, the seller.
This guarantee does NOT include coccidia and kennel cough which is usually caused by bacteria and is common in puppies that are shipped. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold must run its course. Full recovery is expected and on its own kennel cough is not life-threatening.
This guarantee does not cover what in this breed is considered normal which includes but is not limited to: cherry eye, stenotic nares, under bite, and both inguinal and umbilical hernias.
If a puppy is sold with Full registration, seller is not responsible for the puppy's breed conformance for show or the ability to breed or the quality of pups or litter size. It is the buyer's sole responsibility for all bills incurred from breeding this dog.
The seller does not guarantee the continued coat color or eye color of a puppy. As the color may become lighter or darker as it ages and grows, and the color will almost always become lighter if you have the dog shaved down, as the undercoat is always lighter.
The size a puppy will grow to, as an adult, is only an estimate based on seller’s experience and traits recognition. No guarantees are made as to adult size or conformance to Breed standards.
There is no Replacement Guarantee for adult dogs over one year of age at time of sale.
All questions of guarantee not covered here or by purchase contract are governed by the limitations of GENERAL BUSINESS LAW ARTICLE 3.
