Health Guarantee
The health guarantee shown is posted by this member. It is not, nor does it imply, a guarantee by QualityDogs.com, an endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this guarantee, or any verification of this guarantee by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content and satisfaction of this guarantee. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any health guarantee.
Every effort has been made to assure that the puppy/dog you’ve selected is healthy at the time of purchase and has been wormed and vaccinated. This dog is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the buyer or the dog will be replaced any time within 6 months of purchase with another puppy/dog. No cash refunds. Complete satisfaction to include disposition, temperament, hunting desire and ability, or any other reason that would make the dog not compatible with its owner.
Buyer understands that HuntingDogTrainer.net has no cash refunds or reimbursement for veterinary fees incurred by the purchaser. Any Veterinary expenses incurred by the owner(s) will be their sole responsibility unless approved in writing prior to treatment. Treatment, if required, at the discretion of Carl Porter. A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giarrdia, parasite, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy/dog unhealthy. Elbow dysphasia or subluxating patellas are growth disorders, not strictly inherited. Your guarantee does not cover the above mentioned conditions as well as non-life threatening or temporary disorders such as: uneven bites, undecended testicles, cherry eyes (prolapse of the nicitating membrane), retinal folds, entropian or ectropian eyelids, inguinal or umbilical hernias.
