Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

By individual request I will provide a sample contract. I have separate contracts for neutered pups/adults and for intact pups/adults. In brief, my contracts state:

I neuter pet-quality pups/adults as well as pups/adults going to pet homes before they leave my hands.

I provide full AKC registration for pups/adults that I sell intact and limited AKC registration for pups/adults that I sell neutered.

I do not do co-ownerships, but I will do local loan-adoptions in some cases.

I require that all pups/adults I sell live primarily indoors with their human families.

I require that no pup/adult I sell will ever be abandoned and will never be given to a rescue group or shelter. I require that if for any reason the buyer no longer wants the pup/adult or can no longer keep it at any time during its life, the buyer must offer its return to me at no charge; I reserve first right of refusal.
