The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

All our Shih-Tzu puppies are priced individually. We try to keep our prices affordable, and between the range of $600.00 - $1500.00 depending on the gender, color, size, and pedigree of the puppy. Our puppies are bred for health, beauty, and loving dispositions. Some of our puppies have champion bloodlines, some don't. All of our puppies have excellent health, and wonderful personalities. Some of our puppies are show quality. We produce high quality purebred companion Shih-Tzu puppies.



A deposit to hold a puppy is $200.00 Deposit must be received within seven business days of puppy being placed on hold. If deposit is not received in this amount of time, and no other arrangements have been made, the puppies will be placed up for adoption again. We accept postal money orders and request they are sent by certified mail, or Fed-Ex. The final amount is due on or before the puppy can be picked up or delivered. Before you place a deposit on a puppy be sure this is the puppy you want. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE



We do not ship our puppies. We will sometimes deliver the puppy, or meet you part way, as a courtesy to you, and for the well being of the puppy. We have in the past met someone at the air port willing to fly out to Pheonix to meet us to pick up the puppy. If you book your flight early enough it doesn't cost that much more then shipping the puppy and is better for the puppy. Sometimes my schedule will not permit me to deliver a puppy. In that instance, it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange pick-up of the puppy at buyer’s expense.



We offer a two year replacement guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects. By purchasing a puppy from me you agree to our terms and conditions listed in our Health Guarantee.



We reserve the right to terminate the sale of any puppy,at any time before delivery or pick up of puppy.



If at any time you are no longer able to assume responsibility for your puppy, we will be more then happy to take it back and find it a good home. We maybe willing to help with the cost of transporting the puppy back to us. We do not want any of our puppies to go to a shelter or pound.
