CONDITIONS OF SALE
*Seller requires a $200.00 non-refunable deposit to hold the puppy.
*Please make sure your Veterinarian is familiar with the breed.
*It is up to the new family to train, discipline, and continue proper socialization of the puppy/dog.
*Under no circumstances is this puppy to be placed in a pet shop, animal shelter, rescue etc.,
*Under no circumstances is this puppy to be used in dog fighting or similar activities.
*Under no circumstances is this puppy to be tied up outside to live as an outdoor pet.
*Under no circumstance is this puppy to be abused, neglected, starved or maimed.
*Purchaser must follow the inoculation schedule established by their veterinarian for the lifetime of the dog.
*Purchaser must get their veterinarian's recommendation before any supplements etc. are given to the puppy.
*The Purchaser must follow the feeding guidelines for a Great Dane at all times.
*The Purchaser will not allow the puppy/dog to run or exercise for at least 1 - 2 hours before or after meals.
Puppies/Dogs sold with Limited registration must be spayed/neutered by 12 months of age.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the puppy/dog to be sold, given, placed, or otherwised transferred to anyone not a party to this contract without the express WRITTEN permission of the seller. .
If due to circumstances beyond the control of Purchaser, the puppy/dog must be given up by Purchaser, then the Purchaser shall IMMEDIATELY return the said puppy/dog to seller. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PUPPY/DOG.
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions of sale will result in the immediate return of the puppy/dog to the Seller at no cost to the Seller along with all medical records as well as the registration papers. If the puppy/dog is returned to the Seller in any state of neglect, abuse or is shown to be starved or maimed, the Purchaser will be held liable to the Seller for any and all costs incurred in order to restore the puppy/dog back to health.
HEALTH GUARENTEE:
All pups should be examined by a veterinarian with 72 hours and are guaranteed to be healthy.
All pups are guaranteed against the following genetic/congenital hereditary defects: hip dysphasia, thyroid, eyes, heart, and vWd.
A written veterinarian report, from two different veterinarians, with proof if necessary, must be submitted in writing and signed by a licensed veterinarian.
At our discretion we will either replace the puppy, pay the vet bills up to the cost of the puppy, or refund the purchase price of the puppy.
*Under no circumstances does the Seller guarantee any preventable or accidental death, injury or illness or any problems that are not genetic or hereditary. Examples: Failure to vaccinate on schedule, treatment against heartworm or any other parasites, Hypertophic Osteodystrophy (HOD), Panosteitis (Pano), failure to seek veterinarian treatment as needed, etc. Seller also does not guarantee puppy from illness or death caused by any cosmetic surgery. Guarantee is valid only if puppy is current on all vaccinations. Guarantee becomes void if it is determined by Sellers Veterinarian that the illness or death of the puppy was due to neglect or abuse in any way.
*Bloat is not covered under this contract nor is any illness believed to be related to overfeeding, overfeeding high amounts of protein, calcium, or fat, or over supplementation of vitamins and minerals etc.
*Purchaser agrees to provide the Seller with updated pictures of the puppy/dog and allows the Seller to use said pictures on Seller's website with acknowledgment given to the Purchaser. Seller also reserves the right to contact the Purchaser to inquire on how the puppy/dog is doing with his/her new family. If the Purchaser relocates to a new home etc., Seller requests that the purchaser contact her within 30 days with a new phone number, address & email address (if available). In turn, the Purchaser can contact the Seller at any time with any questions or concerns.

Both parties recognize Hancock County, Mississippi as the jurisdiction in which this contract was created, and as such, should any disputes arise as a result of this contract, which are unable to resolve amicably, agree that any court proceedings will take place in Hancock County, Mississippi. Buyer is responsible for any and all court cost assessed in the resolution of any disputes, and further acknowledges that the Purchaser will pay for any claims for lost wages on the part of the seller as a result of court proceeding.
