Conditions of Sale:
1. The breeder has sold the pure-bred puppy identified above for $
$_______(__________________________________________/100 Dollars) Please make checks payable to Tessa Riley.
$100 deposit required to hold the buyer’s puppy. This deposit is refundable only if the breeder is unable to fulfill the buyer’s puppy request. I.e.. All boys and requesting a girl or health issues where we had loss of life of litter. This deposit is NOT refundable if buyer changes his/her mind or chooses to get a puppy from another breeder.
2. The Buyer agrees to keep this puppy confined from traffic with access to a fenced yard or appropriate exercise opportunities, to provide proper shelter, training, adequate food and water, regular veterinary care, and to give love, attention and socialization.
3. If purchased as a pet, registration papers will be provided once proof of spay or neuter is received. This needs to be done before 1 year of age. Registration papers will then be sent to buyer to fill out and send in to the United Kennel Club & American Kennel Club to receive permanent papers.
4. If purchased as a Pet to Show, temporary papers will be released when puppy is paid for in full. These temporary papers will then need to be filled out and sent in to the UKC & AKC to receive permanent registration papers. Breeder will retain stud rights to male puppies. If purchased as a Pet to Show, the buyer agrees not to spay/ neuter the above animal at any time during it’s life without Voyager Eskies and Poms prior written consent.
5. The buyer agrees to register the puppy with both UKC & AKC and to use the kennel name Voyager in the puppy’s registered name. All permanent registration fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. All transportation, shipping fees and health certificate fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Puppy must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
7. This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. He/ She is current on all shots and have been wormed. A record will be provided. The puppy will require future shots and worming to maintain good health. If a Licensed Veterinarian deems this puppy as unhealthy within 72 hours of possession by the buyer, Voyager will replace the puppy. The replacement may come from a future breeding. Voyager will not replace a puppy due to buyer’s negligence.
8. Should the buyer need to sell or otherwise place the puppy at anytime during its life, the breeder requires the right
of first refusal. Placement help is also available.

In signing the buyer has read and agrees to the above terms of this contract.
